This notice explains how we handle your details when you contact Approvals or request early access.
Who is responsible?

What we collect and why
We collect the email address, selected approval problem and optional note you submit, the selected request type, language, page and campaign source, and any separate product-news preference. We use these details to review and respond to your request and communicate about early access. Your answers reach our authorised team at info@agilekoc.com by email. Please do not include confidential or sensitive information.
How we collect and process it
You provide these details electronically through the form. Processing necessary to handle your requested pre-contractual contact is based on Article 5(2)(c) of Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK); proportionate service-security measures are based on legitimate interests under Article 5(2)(f). Optional promotional emails are based on your separate consent under Article 5(1). Sending a request does not require marketing consent.
Who can receive the data
Our authorised team and the hosting and email service providers needed to operate the form may process the information for these purposes. Contact details and notes are not sent to AI services or included in analytics events. Where a provider processes data outside Türkiye, the applicable safeguards and transfer requirements under Article 9 of KVKK apply.
Retention and your choices
We keep request correspondence only for as long as needed to follow up your request and meet applicable legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised under the relevant retention process. You can request deletion or withdraw optional marketing permission by contacting info@agilekoc.com; mailbox copies, archives and service-provider retention are considered when handling a request.
Analytics and browser storage
We use Vercel Web Analytics in production to understand site usage through aggregate statistics, without analytics cookies or advertising tracking. These statistics can include page paths, referring sources, browser and device information, approximate location and, when enabled, CTA clicks and successful form submissions. We do not send your email, form note or other form fields to analytics; URL query parameters and fragments are removed. Unsent form details remain only in the current tab’s memory and disappear when it is refreshed or closed. Marketing email permission is separate from analytics and remains optional.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you may request information about processing and recipients, access and correction, deletion or destruction where applicable, notification of corrections or deletion to recipients, objection to an adverse result based solely on automated analysis, and compensation for unlawful processing. We may need to verify your identity and the applicable request method; requests are handled within the legal period.
