How would a rule-based approval workflow work?
We aim to define the reviewing role according to amount, budget, role and organisational conditions, with policies people can review and test.
What would AI do?
We plan for AI to turn plain-language policies into a draft your team can review and test. The AI and approval engine have not been built yet; your team would remain responsible for checking authority.
What about approver accounts and electronic signatures?
We plan an account-free recipient experience; business access and authority details would be refined in development. Workflow approval would not replace a qualified electronic signature or proof of authority.
Is a business pilot running now?
No. Approvals is in pre-development. The form collects your problem and business-pilot interest; it does not start a working workflow or AI demo.
Would the pilot be paid, and do you need our documents?
Submitting interest is free and creates no commitment. Any paid-pilot scope and pricing are discussed separately. Email, a problem selection and an optional note are enough; do not share documents, employee details or sensitive financial data.
The workflow approval planned for Approvals would not replace a qualified electronic signature or proof of authority.
