Request approval. Track the answer. Keep the record.
We're exploring a simpler way to request approvals for proposals, documents, and business decisions—track responses and revisions, and find what was approved.

Why Approvals?
Email carries the conversation. It makes the decision harder to find. Replies split across threads, revisions arrive as new attachments, and a clear approval can be buried among comments.
Approvals aims to keep the request, revision and decision together, so you can see what is waiting, which version was approved and where to find the record.
Early access
For the work you need approved
We aim to bring proposal, document and deliverable responses together, so the decision and approved version would be easier to find.
For the rules your team works by
We are designing a way to turn amount-, budget- and role-based policies into reviewable, testable approval workflows.
A few things you may want to know
What is an approval request?
It asks the relevant person for an explicit decision about a proposal, document or business decision. Approvals aims to bring the request, response, revisions and decision history together.
Is the product available now?
Approvals is in pre-development. The approval engine, document storage and AI workflows have not been built yet. This page collects early-access and business-pilot interest; it does not start a working approval process.
Will the person approving need an account?
We plan to let recipients respond without creating another account. The final experience will be refined during development and testing.
Is this an electronic-signature service?
No. The planned workflow approval would not replace a qualified electronic signature or proof of corporate authority.
How can I express early-access or pilot interest?
Choose the relevant use-case page, leave your email and select the approval problem. An optional note can explain your current method. The request creates no account, payment or commitment; any paid-pilot terms are discussed separately.
The workflow approval planned for Approvals would not replace a qualified electronic signature or proof of authority.
